My goal is to improve your running while keeping it sustainable and fun. To achieve this, I offer 2 training plans, a strength plan, and face to face sessions.

The first plan is for those runners who want to maximise the benefits of coaching, with continual analysis of performance and an unlimited option to tap into my knowledge and experience.

The second is for those of you that are happy monitoring your own training or want a lower cost option, where I support you taking charge of your own training. 

To either plan, I can add individualised strength training, to supplement and improve your running performance.

I also offer a standalone strength plan for those who just want help with this aspect.

Together we will:

  • Build your physical fitness and mental resilience.

  • Help you develop the right technical skills.

  • Improve your self-confidence.

  • Make sure you’ve got the right equipment and supplies for the event.

  • Work on race strategy and problem solving during events.

  • Plan your race nutrition and pre/post fuelling.

  • Strengthen and improve muscle power and performance *

Collaborate Plan
£75 p/month *

The best results come when athlete and coach are in constant contact, proactively adapting and evolving training plans as needed. The Collaborate plan includes:

  • In-depth consultation to learn about you, your motivations and running goals.

  • Bespoke plans delivered securely online, and updated continually to keep you on track.

  • Proactive reviews to maintain your focus and keep you accountable.

  • Targeted approaches for key races, events and challenges.

  • Detailed advice on form, nutrition, strength and conditioning.

  • Unlimited phone, email and WhatsApp contact.

* £125 p/month with strength training

Mentor Plan
£45 p/month *

If you prefer to keep track of your own training progress, but are looking for direction and regular advice, the Mentor plan includes:

  • Consultation to learn about you, your motivations and running goals.

  • A bespoke plan, delivered securely online and updated every 4 weeks.

  • General advice on form, nutrition, strength and conditioning.

  • Weekly email and WhatsApp contact, and monthly phone contact.

Strength Plan
£75 p/month

For those confident in setting their own running training, or who already have a coach, the Strength plan includes:

  • In-depth consultation to learn about you, your motivations and goals.

  • Bespoke strength plans delivered securely online, and updated continually to keep you motivated.

  • Proactive reviews to maintain your focus and keep you accountable.

  • Unlimited phone, email and WhatsApp contact.

Face to face session
£75 p/session

One hour one to one session totally tailored to your requirements. We can:

  • Work on running form.

  • Practice a skill like steep downhills.

  • Try a particular interval (or other) session.

  • Practice drills to promote good form, or

  • Something else entirely, it’s your call.
