Honestly? Because I really care about your goals, and I’ll do my utmost to help you achieve them.
I’ve run and coached athletes across road races, cross country, trail races and ultramarathons, including the Bob Graham Round.
I’m a qualified running coach and personal trainer. I get the theory behind training, recovery, nutrition, etc.

Your training…
We’ll discuss what you want from coaching and I’ll design a daily training plan, tailored to you and your aspirations.
I’ll then be there to support and encourage you, reviewing your progress with you regularly and adapting your training on the way.
With my help, you’ll find the fitness and the confidence to reach your running goals, and hopefully go well beyond them.
